I am 5 days out from my FET. My protocol used follistim because I struggle with a thin lining and my lining responds better during stim cycles. Because of this, I grew multiple follicles. The day before my trigger I had 8 follicles ranging from 17-21 and estrogen was really high.

I triggered with Ovidrel Tuesday around 11am. I woke up Wednesday night going into Thursday with strong cramps and some pressure in my abdomen region near my ovaries. I don’t typically notice ovulation pain but I am guessing that is what this is?

Has anyone gone through something similar? I know my body is likely already producing a decent amount of progesterone on its own from this type of cycle but should I expect the cramping to get worse after I start my PIO tonight?

I’ve had my AW11 for about a month now. I just got the hypertension notification. I’ve never had high BP and have been training for a marathon during the entirety of having this watch. I was pretty surprised to see the notification. I’ll get it checked with a cuff but curious if there could be anything else to trigger that notification? I’ve read that it reads changes to how your veins and arteries are reacting (not the right terminology I know). I also had a terrible week last week after losing a pet unexpectedly so wasn’t sure if that could cause it to get triggered due to high stress. Just curious if anyone has had this notification and not expected it or it hasn’t been valid. Wasn’t sure how concerned I should be.
