Delay in e-commerce shipment (NinjaVan)
I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing delays in their orders being shipped out by NinjaVan. I had made a purchase online on Shopee and the seller had dropped off the parcel at the dropoff point last Saturday. However, there was no collection by NinjaVan so far as of today (Thursday).
