Has this happened to anyone else:

We were confirmed with general tickets for tomorrow's show via 1iota last week and then this morning, we received an email from the Colbert audience team saying they could no longer honor the tickets. Now the tickets have disappeared from our 1iota account. Really disappointing as I was going to bring my mom, who's a superfan.

I guess there's nothing to be done though, right?
