Pembrokeshire — what do you actually do in your spare time?

I moved here from England for family reasons and I'm still finding my feet.

I'm struggling to find things to do. Gyms are a good example — fewer and smaller than I was used to. And dating apps are basically dead compared to England: I'd get 50 likes there for every 1 here.

So I'm looking for other ways to fill my time and meet people. Events, clubs, outdoor sports, websites or Facebook groups worth following — anything.

What do you do in your spare time here?

Artex asbestos (tested positive) on wood beams

These wood beams tested positive for white asbestos artex. They are completely covered with it. A part of encapsulation, painting over it — what are your suggestions? Can a professional remove it, or does the whole beam need to come out and be replaced?

Positive result (chrysotile)

I tested this floor and it came back positive. I had bought a multi-test kit (5 tests) and decided to test the floor as well, even though it isn't the typical type of asbestos tile. The result was positive (white asbestos).

As you can see, the surface is peeling off by itself. It's a very thin layer that looks like a self-levelling compound. Apart from a small section, it doesn't appear to be tiled.
