So my(43F) Husband(43M) owns a company, and the workshop is on our property. He has an employee, we will call him Charlie, and Charlie has always been an issue. He has allegedly made inappropriate comments about me to other employees, and when my husband found out, it became a me problem. I show myself off, I must be doing something to cause him to act that way and say stuff like that about me. In my opinion, he should just fire him, but he always says he is too short staffed to loose a good worker like him. I understand that to an extent, but still, I feel like if he really cared he would fire him. What would you do?

TLDR : my husband won’t fire an employee that makes inappropriate comments about me.
