Had issue with my right foot not getting wide out the back. I kinda forgot about how I should move right out the back as well. Any tips?
Kinda of stuck on what kind of drills to work to improve my technique. Any suggestions?
Tried working speed, but I'm still slow out the back with me sometimes overotating.
But, my main problem is my release: it's like when I'm doing stand throws, I can my elbow and thumb down. But, when I'm spinning, my elbow drops and does a basketball finish. I think it will just get worse, when I get heavier shots. Any drills I can do.
Any advice on keep your upper body back longer. Not really able to get that down yet along with my other issues.

Inconsistent with his power. Sometimes, he is hitting near 40, but he knows that he's probably doing somwthing wrong. Any advice
