its week 3-4, currentlty on 45 mgs of nardil and tonight increased to 60mgs. ive been on 45mg for around a week and im worried about the OH increase. I already have orthostatic hypotension pior to taking nardil and now as im on it i have noticed it getting slightly worse. ive never fainted from OH but i heard that 60mgs is where it really started to get worse for people.

My blood pressure is normal btw, not low nor high but it is edging the low side a bit

I have these cookie edibles that I had in my close for around 6 months, they have egg whites but a lot of preservatives. They look fine and smell fine but I’m scared of the tyramine build up from leaving it out
