I was offered a returnless refund.
I told them original payment method for the refund I waited a few days didn’t see anything so I contacted them again. They told me that my bank had declined the refund I told them to try and issue it again and the same problem persisted. I contacted Discover who I use for the payment method and they said there’s no reason why they would decline a refund. Amazon finally issued it to my account balance, but this is their latest scheme to keep the money in Amazon‘s pocket.
