Garmin Edge 530 Connection Issues with Sensors

Hey guys,

Currently I have a Garmin Edge 530, and I’m having several issues with the device disconnecting to all my sensors in each single ride.

I currently use Garmin RCT715 (ANT+), Shimano Ultegra Di2 (ANT+), Garmin Cadence Sensor (ANT+), Amazfit Helio Strap (Bluetooth).

The Edge is already with the latest software 9.75 (currently no upgrades available), I already did a fabric reset, and delete add all the sensors, and this is still not working.

Do you guys may know, what can I do? Because it’s crazy to ride with the connect/disconnect every time,

Thanks for the help!

Roval Rapide Garmin Mount

Hey Guys!

One question, currently I have a Tarmac SL8 expert with the Specialized Expert Shallow Drop, alloy and Tarmac integrated stem, 6-degree. I bought the Proprietary Specialized Stems Accessory Mount for my Garmin 530.

I’m planning to upgrade to the Roval Rapide Cockpit, can I use the same Garmin mount? Or do I need to buy something different as this one won’t fit?

Thanks for the help!

New Carbon Wheels

Hey guys!

I currently have a SL8 expert with Roval C38 wheels, I’m looking for a new wheelset with more depth. My plan is to sell the C38’s (Mint condition) and just pay the difference.

After some research, these are the options I found for my budget (already including taxes and shipping), from this list what is your opinion for the best option.

I’m located in US.

Thanks for the help!!!

New Bike - What to do?

Hey guys, I currently have a Scott Addict 20 (2022) the bike is full Ultegra (Mechanic) with Enve carbon wheels, I’m looking to upgrade and my local dealer is offering a Tarmac SL8 Expert (White) brand new for $5,300 and they are taking the Scott as trade in, I’m still waiting to check how much they will offer for the trade in.

I also mentioned to them I would like to see the options for the Pro version (better wheels, powermeter, Integrated cockpit) are things I would love to have and willing to pay the extra money with a good discount (I saw some dealers are selling them for $6,799), today the store called me and told me they don’t have Pro’s anymore but they have a brand new 2024 S-Works SRAM Red eTap AXS for $9,000,

Paying $9k it’s a lot more and of course this is more bike than I will really need, would you pay the extra $$$ for that S-Works or keep it with the expert?

I ride 2-3 times per week, I love the sport but I’m not a pro or anything like that, I’m training for a Gran Fondo in October.

Thanks!!
