Is there actually a way to prevent leaks from resurfacing?
It feels like most systems are reactive meaning they deal with leaks after they happen rather than preventing them completely.
Is prevention even realistic in this space, or is the best approach just faster detection and response cycles?
Is he have any responsibility at all? Other than wining elections anyhow.

Just whyyy?? Let kids enjoy their childhood 😭😭
My brother's nightstand is a disaster zone of chargers, keys, and mystery items. Want to fix that for his birthday.
brother turns 30 next month and I've decided his gift theme is 'get your life together, gently.' He's a great guy. Good job, decent apartment, generally functional adult. But his nightstand looks like a crime scene. Phone charger hanging off the edge, keys scattered across the surface, wallet usually on the floor, and at least one item I can't identify.
He's not a messy person everywhere. His kitchen is clean, his closet is organized. But the nightstand is his blind spot. It's where everything lands at the end of the day and he never thinks about it.
I want to get him a bedside organizer that corrals his daily stuff. Phone stand, key tray, wallet spot. Something that gives everything a place so his nightstand stops looking like a tornado hit it.
He likes wood and natural materials. Nothing plastic or overly modern. And it needs to be sturdy because he will absolutely knock it off the nightstand at some point.
Budget is $25-35 (not working right now, just making a little commission on Digchic, so can't go too crazy). It's partly a practical gift and partly a subtle hint. Has anyone successfully organized a sibling without starting a fight? Hope this post makes sense. Please forgive me if anything feels off!
