Hi there, just wanted to see if anyone had any experience in renting out their own property in the thornton/westminster area. I've heard some property management companies to stay away from like Grace (high turnover, too big to care) and real estate focused companies who are just concerned about when you are ready to sell as opposed to actually maintaining and managing the property. Are there any good ones that actually earn the money they demand?
