Worried about my GPA

I am a biochem freshmen who is in the process of switching majors to political science, my first semester was hard but it wasn’t the worst, i ended it with a 2.769 gpa and i did the standard courses: chem 119, math 150, biol 111, and bich 101.

last semester I realized that I wanted to switch out of biochem because it wasn’t easy nor fulfilling, so I did not see the point, and I was extremely burnt out from the previous semester, I somehow carried on this semester, and i did chem 120, math 15, biol 112 and bich 102. I could not keep up, I felt like I was studying all the time but it felt like nothing was going into my brain and my gpa showed me that I got a 1.46, I ended up failing calc 1, and I could manage to get C’s in both Biology and Chemistry, my cumulative gpa is 2.11, and I feel really disappointed in myself because I worked really hard assuming that my overall gpa is going to be over 2.25 and I could switch majors to political science as soon as I can, But now i feel lost and i feel like im in a danger zone with my gpa (will it result in academic probation?)

I don’t know what steps to take from here, I am very confused and disappointed, I really did try my best and It feels like maybe im the dumb one.
