Hi guys! I applied as a Software Developer at P&G last June. I posted here last time to ask for tips on the second interview, and thankfully, I passed! I’m on to my onsite final interview, and I really need some tips or advice.
Would the questions be the same as the first 2 interviews? Situational/Behavioral/About experience lang? Wala pa ako nagiging technical interview, and I’m kinda nervous about whether the final interview will be technical or if I won’t have any technical interviews at all.

Hello guys! For context, I’m a fresh graduate from Big 4 and I’ve been applying to about 100 companies pero onti lang sumasagot and mostly rejected, I graduated last June 29. I applied sa P&G as a Software Developer nung first week of June and kala ko bagsak na ko pero nag email saken ng July na for initial interview.
This is my first reddit post ever dahil need ko talaga ng help with the P&G hiring process. I passed my initial interview and don tinanong ako ng behavioral questions mga 10 questions siguro then I’m on to my second interview next week. Badly needed po some tips and advice kung ano yung usual questions for second interview. Sabi nila same lang sa first, pero I’m nervous if this second interview would be technical.
