Personal stress as a trigger

Hi everyone. There's lots of good discussion around triggers in this sub but I rarely hear anyone mentioning personal stress. Anyone else susceptible?

I have had paroxysmal AF for three years and have been to A&E three times for treatment. In every episode I had experienced brief episodes of anger seconds before I flipped. Embarrassingly, all three also happened to be for the most inconsequential shit imaginable.

I've done a bit of work in handling this better. It has helped me a lot, and it's given me at least the impression of having more control over my AF. It hasn't happened since put it that way.

Other info: 54m, I'm rate controlled with Bisoprolol, and have done most / all of the common sense lifestyle changes.
