2025 M340i stitching is tearing after only 25K miles.
I don’t touch or grab this area to get in or out of the driver’s seat. It was not caused by an errant swipe of something sharp or metal either. Seat belt doesn’t even come close to this spot when taken off or putting on. Seems to just be defective manufacturing. Is this covered under warranty? If not, should I look elsewhere beside the dealer to get it repaired. Thoughts?

Found my dream daily drive…. but the ride is a little stiff due to just having an M Sport Suspension. And I live in Pennsylvania which has the worst roads in the USA. Do I spend the money to have a dealer install the adaptive suspension or pursue some sort of aftermarket option? I never take the car to the track. New to having a BMW so I don’t know which direction to go. Any feedback would be great as to how to soften the ride a bit.
