Xfinity called saying I owe $69.00 .I do not.I spoke with them about a landline device and said I would think about it.Now I get multiple calls saying I owe this money.Spent an hour on the phone with someone that has issues with the English language.I said notify me in writing not phone. I like the service but I am not going to pay for something I didn't receive.How should I move forward with this situation.
