Barely a week of total usage, la 5 á 7 pony hair bag has such a big bald spot that it can’t be used

purchased this bag in February, used it a few times, took gentle care of it.

it’s extremely difficult to reach YSL. via mail they don’t answer, on phone I sometime get a message that they are closed even during working hours. the only communication I get is from the extremely nice salesperson from the store I bought, directly in WhatsApp.

shame for YSL, never approaching again.
