Moza r3 drifting issue

I have had issues with locking out and being able to transition in drifting. Not sure what the issue could be but can’t hold and transition for the life of me. Any idea on why it keeps spinning out? I’ve reinstalled pithouse, asseto, content manger and still have the issue. Something broken? Idk

Moza r3 shifter paddle delete

I recently just picked up an r3 for drifting and would like to take off the paddle shifters due to my large hands as well as a 12” round wheel mod. Not sure exactly how to take them off or if anybody has done this as well?
