A G923 will not clamp to my desk as is, is there a work around? Would the Moza R5 clamp to it?

I got a G923 and it will not clamp to my desk because of the ridge. It tilts forward and comes off. Is there a work around for this? Would the design of the Moza r5 fit this better?

Weird Forza Horizon 6 + CRP2 Pedal issue

Haven't been able to find similar issues online, but anyone else have trouble with their pedals?

Whenever I accelerate, the cars hit their rev limiter without really moving. Doesn't matter what gear.

I have manual shifting on, and I have made sure my brake/handbrake inputs arent interfering.

Really frustrating cause this has made it impossible to enjoy the game on my setup. Would love any help, thank you!

Is the FPS drop when using a moza wheel a result of FH6 not having a support for the R3 yet?

When I use a normal controller, the FPS is on usual count. But the moment I do anything on my R3 setup, the FPS suddenly goes down to 45 FPS.

Interesting discovery regarding wheel synchronization in FH6

So there is alot of debate whether or not the Moza wheels are behaving correctly at different degree settings. I've got pretty good success so far with my R3. Im switching alot between different degree settings and im really crushing it on 540° and run into some issues controlling my car when im on 900°. This however feels like a skill issue since im new on wheels and 540° just feels more forgiving since you need way less motion to react to loss of control.

However I'm pretty sure that there is something wrong. Dev's said that the in-game wheel animation is capped at 540° and is purely visual. They also said to NOT to mess with steering-sensetivity on PC if your hardware/hardware software supports steering angle settings (https://support.forza.net/hc/en-us/articles/51642814113427-Forza-Horizon-6-on-Wheel-Advanced-Wheel-Tuning)

Whats bothering me tho is the fact that even on 540° pit-house settings and default linear 0.5 steering sensetivity the cockpit wheel animation does not match. The in-game driver reaches the lockup before you do.
Same goes for the front wheels in-game. Their animation goes beyond 540° and match 900°. However the slight miss match is also present here. They reach max lockup before you reach lockup on your wheel.

I saw a post yesterday with a potential fix but I could not find it again.
The guy disabled "Maximum limit/steering angle synchronization" in Pit House and set the upper slider to 540° and the lower slider to 1080°. After that the animation from the in-game wheel matches the physical wheel.
I tried the same thing with the upper slider on 900° and this also fixes the animation miss match from the front wheels. Take the Aston Martin Valkyrie for example. In cockpit view you can pretty clearly see the front wheels moving.

Not sure yet if it's just visual tho.

I recently updated my r3 to latest firmware and now the base is making a loud whining noise. I am just curious if this is damaging my base.

Which one should I get I'm new to sim racing

I’m new to sim racing and I’m stuck between going with Moza or Simagic. I want to get a good set of pedals as well. Right now I’m considering the Simsonn Pro X, but I’m wondering if the Simagic P700s are already good enough for a beginner/intermediate setup.

This is basically a one-time investment for me — I want something that’ll last a long time and I don’t want to keep upgrading or changing gear later on.

Are there any other pedal options I should consider around this price range for a solid long-term setup? What would you guys recommend?

Updated firmware - DEAD PSU - Spinning uncontrollably

Updated firmware for new FH6, wheel started spinning uncontrollably, now my power supply light wont turn on. and my base reset wont finish bc the cogging part doesnt spin the shaft. I guarantee the uncontrollable spinning and having to force shut off the base has messed something up. or the power supply shorted due to the amount of power needed to spin the wheel that fast..... WTH moza. Ive had this base for 4 years its the r9 V2.

Be careful buying not from Moza

So I have an r12 and CRP2 pedals that I had received as gifts for my birthday last year. Today when racing the accelerator pedal slid forward on me and appeared to just be loose but I couldn't break it loose if you're too tight using the stupid t handle that they gave. So I contacted their support just to see if they would like give me some advice which they did or if like something had to be done for a warranty what would be done? They then inform me that because the petals that I have were purchased from Best buy and not from them that they would not be able to warranty them. So I called Best buy who then informed me they would not be able to warranty them even though I have proof of purchase. I have the original box that they came in with the sticker from Best buy still on it, the serial number and everything else. My product is registered in mosa penthouse. They treated me like an outcast purely because my pedals were bought from Best buy. I've never heard of any other manufacturer doing such a thing. You wouldn't go on buy an iPhone from Best buy. Have an issue with it, call Apple and then have them tell you to go back to Best buy like that's silly. But to have that be the experience when you purchase a $500 set of pedals is actually insane. I thought moza was supposed to be the ones with good customer service instead. This is what I get granted. He did help me fix my problem. It just left an overall bad taste in my mouth and made me scared to buy anything else not directly from them

Moza R9 V3 or R12 V2?

Hello everyone, im somewhat new into sim racing but i want to start getting more serious into the hobby specially with the summer right around the corner. I currently own a moza r3 but as expected I want more out of the experience. Im already planning on building a full cockpit with triples, as well as getting the CRP2 pedals, but what im really debating still is the wheel base. I play a lot of LMU and im also going to get into iracing so what are you guys' thoughts?

Also for the people with triples, do you guys prefer 27inch triples or 32 inch? Any recommendations?

srp light brake mod

People who’ve bought the SR-P Lite brake performance kit, did you notice a significant improvement in braking consistency in-game? I’m curious whether it actually made trail braking and threshold braking feel more predictable compared to the stock pedal.

Moza R5 Bundle settings for FH6 that worked for me — should translate to R3/R9 or any other DD wheel.

When I first booted FH6 with my R5 Bundle, it was nearly undriveable — couldn't get out of the driveway without spinning, the slightest input sent the car sideways, and bumps from AI would throw me completely off. Felt nothing like what a DD wheel should feel like.

Spent a lot of time going back and forth between PitHouse and FH6's advanced FFB settings until it finally clicked.

Please update Pithouse to 1.3.9 first.

I put the full settings in a video with gameplay across tarmac, dirt, and rally so you can actually see how the wheel responds.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jISPlehkek4

If you're on an R3 or R9 (or any other DD wheel), the Max Output is the main thing to adjust — set it to whatever feels right for your wheelbase's torque range. Alternatively, if you'd rather not touch PitHouse, you can dial the in-game Force Feedback Scale up or down to taste instead.

Still learning myself, but it went from night-and-day compared to out of the box. Hope it helps someone. Also, please let me know how it works for you.

R3 troubleshooting

Just got a Moza R3 wheel and pedal set up. I can't get it to work in forza horizon 6. Is this the problem? Everything works except the steering wheel. It even gives force feed back.

New to racing wheels, newbie Question.

Hey all, so I haven't really gotten into playing with my wheel yet, I've messed with it a little on FH6 but with the current issues I'm just backing off on it for a bit, but I was thinking while I cruise around, I just have the R3 bundle, how would I go about drifting on a setup like this? If I bind e-brake to a button, how can I consistently press it when I'm trying to catch the wheel in drifts. Is this something that has tips to help make it easier? On top of that, I just have the paddles for gear changing, if I decide to play manual, I feel I would have the same issue as the e-brake, is this true? Can you also change brake in forza to just brake and not reverse too? It feels awkward to me that braking doesnt bring the car to a complete stop.

Moza Quick Release wear

Hello, I've noticed that both my steering wheel and base show signs of wear. The hardware is only a month old. You can already see a slight silver sheen showing through. To me, this doesn't seem normal. Has anyone else experienced something similar? It's only on this lower part.

Moza Wheel UI Navigation Issues in Forza Horizon 6 - Need Help!

Hey everyone,

I'm having a frustrating issue with my Moza wheel setup in Forza Horizon 6. While the wheel and pedals work perfectly fine while driving on the track, I absolutely cannot use the wheel buttons or d-pad to navigate through the game menus or user interface. Every time I need to change a setting, select a race, or upgrade a car, I have to reach over to my keyboard or grab a controller just to navigate the UI.

Has anyone else encountered this issue with Moza wheels in FH6? Is there a specific button mapping or a setting in Pit House / the game menus that fixes menu navigation?

Any help or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

Is anyone playing FH6 on an Xbox with Moza gear?

I want to make sure it works before I buy the game. I saw the other post about it and someone commented that they got it to work, but I wanted to see if anyone else has gotten it to work on Xbox.
