It’s been three weeks and shit has been there like it’s not red, not warm, doesn't hurt. just a small hard-ish lump under the skin where I've been pinning. been rotating sites but this one from three weeks ago hasn't fully resolved. is this normal or should I actually be concerned
My Golden Retriever used to ignore me. Now he follows me everywhere. I think he doesn't recognize my smell anymore? Or maybe I just have more energy to play with him. Either way, it's weird.

My friend is hosting a dinner party for 8 people. She's an amazing cook and puts so much effort into her meals. I'm on 6.5mg of tirzepatide and I physically cannot eat a full plate of food.
And I don't want to offend her. I don't want her to think I didn't like the food. I don't want to have the "I'm on a weight loss medication" conversation with a group of acquaintances. So my plan is to take a small portion, eat what I can, push the rest around my plate, and say "I'm so full but it was delicious." If she pushes me to eat more, I'll say I had a late lunch.
