I have had what I think are PVCs on and off the last year. I had a holter monitor on last year, but it didn’t catch any of my episodes. They caught one PVC on an echocardiogram, but everything else was normal. The last couple days I have been getting them really bad when I’m trying to sleep. Right now they’re so bothersome I can’t sleep, so I did an ECG on my watch and this is what it’s showing. Are these PVCs? If not, what is it?
