First attempt : L10 R11 W9 S9 (Re-evaluated, got the same scores for W and S)

Second attempt: L11 R10 W11 S7 (Don't wanna spend 55$ coz I am 100% sure I fucked up my S this time)

Third attempt: L11 R10 W9 S7 (Waiting for re-evaluation score W and S)

3 attempts within 2 months. I kinda wanna take the exam ASAP, I feel like it gives me more confidence. Will desperation kill me?

Any tips? Especially with speaking? I am using HZAD templates so I alreasy have a structure. Problem is, as a non-native english speaker, I'm getting a hard time to articulate and I also tend to stutter/pause when I'm thinking for the right words.
