What do I need to prepare for MEXT undergraduate scholarship?
I'm from the Philippines and I'm planning on sending my application next year for the mext scholarship 2028, I'm getting a bit anxious about the things I need to prepare. The question sitting in my mind now is do I need to learn Japanese and prepare my passport in advance?
