Instagram secrecy - concerning?
My (28m) boyfriend (26m) of 2 years has instagram, but he never opens the app or scrolls on it when we're in the same room. I used to have instagram but deleted it in part because of the anxiety it caused me when I would lurk on his page. He has deactivated it at times just to take a break from the app but reactivated it at some point within the last few months. He didn't mention to me that he was back on instagram, I only found out when he exchanged IG's with a friend while we were together. In general i wouldn't be concerned by it but the fact that he's never on it when I'm around is making me anxious. Relatedly, part of what led me to delete IG was seeing him like a couple pictures of a very attractive guy based in the same city as us. I didn't know it at the time, but I found out recently that he went out to a couple bars and clubs with this guy and their mutual friend around a year ago. I looked back at our texts from that night and I feel like he made it seem like it was just him and the mutual friend - he never mentioned there being this third person. It all feels secretive in a way that makes me afraid he's hiding something. I'm considering bringing it up with him but also don't know if I'm just being overly anxious / paranoid. Any advice?
