Im new to pc building and planning on buying one of the microcenter bundles. What is the main difference between the motherboards in the bundles and is it worth paying the extra money for the X870E. The gpu i plan on using is the 5070 TI.

How big is the latency and download speed differences between Wifi 6E and Wifi 7? I dont plan on using ethernet and my router is Wifi 7
