Still shipping SE with shite seat cushions in UK!
I got the SE THIS WEEK, I would not buy it.
After 2 hours sitting in it my legs and ass ache. Should not be getting that from an ergonomic chair. My other £100 chair that is broken, not ergonomic and not adjustable does not do that.
I adjusted the chair as instructed, sat in it as instructed by libernovo, gave it a few days testing with different sitting positions, and requested return. Can't sit in it longer than 2 hours without aching. NOT what an ergonomic chair should do. Otherwise a nice chair tho. Hopefully they sort the seat cushion out for anyone buying one cos its bad. Cannot beleive they still shipping these cushions out to begin with. Feels nice on initial sit but is uselss after an hour or two of sitting sadly.
They offered me 3 solutions when emailing for return, a bunch of junk that doesnt solve the chairs issue, a new seat cushion that has gone through more thorough cushion testing (suggesting they know it has issues as they stated they made a better quality control process for cushions) that would take 20 days to arrive when the return period is 30 days and I already have the chair for 5 days which makes it far to close to return date, or just to return.
Sadly with an ergonomic highly adjustable chair built for comfort and is marketed as such, I would expect to have 0 issues when sitting in the chair in a normal up right position and even when sitting all the way back as they suggest my ass still aches.
So if there optimum seating position still causing this issue wtf are they even doing? Did no one sit in the chair all day to test? Very dissapointed for a £600 chair let alone the now current price increases on the chair which makes it nearly £800 now. Buy something else for a few years while Libernovo sort their teething issues.
It is clear online they know about the seat cushion issues and the fact they are still shipping chairs with these cushions probably hoping a few people dont compain ruins any confidence in the product. Therefore I am sadly returning the chair and will buy something else.
FYI I am 5ft 9 and weigh about 65kg. But customer service has been good throughout this process.
Just thought id say my piece as I know some people have concerns before the chair arrives and the issues with the seat cushions being mentioned online. It is still very much a problem.
