Cow manure good for blueberry?

Hello, just want to ask if this is good as fertilizer. It is dried manure then added water on it and sacked it up. Is adding this manure like just half a cup on 10 gal pot too much for a blueberry?

Grafed mango rootstock flowering?

So i pruned the flowers on the grafted scion because I wanted to grow it first. I pruned another batch of flowers and after that the rootstock began to form flower buds. Has anyone else experienced this?

Kumquat waterlogged leaves dropping

It is waterlogged. Even though water drains quickly it is still waterlogged on the bottom. Water is not leaving the pot even if i put many holes. I used garden soil, composted sawdust, and pearlite
