Hey everyone I’m located in nyc Bronx, I wanna pursue real estate however I wanna do it in Florida I just heard it’s better and I want everyone to be real with me.

Is it worth moving from nyc to Florida to start real estate, reasons for that are to sell houses which is more easier, Florida has no income state tax which is great, new houses are being built,
My goal is to become a broker eventually I heard it’s easier over there.
Also going viral I believe would be easier because the sun is always out and it’s easier to be showing beautiful houses!

Real question I struggle with, is it worth it moving to Florida or I should just stay in nyc and do real estate here? Lmk pls thank you everyone!
