Buyer refunded but selling items on despite 'damaged?' Any help?
I sold a bundle of cds, 10 altogether, and the seller sent photos of 2 of them being damaged both cds work and they have relisted a number from the bundle including one they used as evidence for a full refund.
The seller stated i packaged the items perfectly (true) and it was damaged in transit which i agree.
Essentially the refund was agreed but there wasn't an option to return the items so ive since contacted vinted requesting they return them all.
Ive also made the "buyer"aware of return request but she they still have items from the "sale" listing up for resale.
I think as they relisted them before the return was agreed as i checked the time of the listings this seller is an expert in doing this?
Ive indicated to vinted i consider this unethical via vinted messaging and sent screen shots, and they say they're investigating but I dont think they are.
Essentially I have lost 10 cds and they have them for free and are reselling at least 3 of the 10, 1 of which is "damaged" and clearly keeping the rest for enjoyment so how it that anything other than unethical?
Anyone experienced this and what happened?
How can you resell items you claim are so damaged theyre not good enough for you to pay for but fine for some other person which you got FREE?
