Scared of 8 extraction

I'm literally terrified of extractions for braces.

Yesterday my dentist started pulling my first premolar, but I panicked. I was shaking, felt weak, and told her I'd come back another day. Today is the day 😭😭,

I'm hesitating, should I have to show up?

Now I hate that I couldn't go through with it. My orthodontist recommends 4 premolar extractions, and maybe my 4 wisdom teeth later if needed. I'm starting to wonder if braces are even worth it, or if I should just live with my crooked teeth.

Idk but pulling The teeth isn't painful, but The tightness, that I am scared of TBH

Maybe i should Stop getting braces 😭

Has anyone else backed out of an extraction because of fear ? Like ME 😭

I just need to hear your opinions
