Hi, looking for someone interested in subletting my room in a 2bed2bathroom place from May 1st to July 18th. We have a tenant coming in to take over my lease for July but are looking to bridge the gap with a sublettor. Private balcony, laundry on-site, and parking! Rent is $1375 including parking and utilities are around an extra $75 a month.
