Do I have a recessed chin and is my maxilla recessed also ?
I’m starting to struggle with my breathing and snoring at night , I’ve noticed that throughout the day my breathing is shallow and I get light headed it seems that as I’m getting older it’s getting worse . I’ve had braces twice I got invaslign the second time and my teeth were straight but I noticed some functional issues like my jaw popping , feeling tight , and migraines. Yall am I screwed 😭😭? I went to a ortho to get some opinions but she made it seem like I was crazy when I expressed what I’m dealing with , she said my teeth were straight but I think it’s deeper than that . I’m trying to look for a breathing specialist to maybe check my airways ? It’s also hard to close my mouth without straining my chin muscles idk if that could relate to a recessed chin ?
