Anxious girly, facing her PCOS journey again after 3 years
For context: Mag 1 year na po ako hindi nagkakaron this June, and I made a deal with myself na magpapacheck na po ako ulit even if I had a traumatizing experience with an OB-GYN last 2023 in Capitol Med. 😭
I admit na I should’ve done this sooner, I’ve been procrastinating lang kasi super anxious po talaga ako about this.
Now na ready na po ako harapin ulit yung PCOS journey ko, I’m looking for a doctor who is super nice and patient (wag po sana yung nananakot bcos sobrang anxious ko po about my health 😭)
Preferably yung hindi po pills at metformin lang ang pineprescribe, if open din sa GLP-1, mas okay! My sister has PCOS too and now she’s regular so I’m open to anything that would help. Please help your PCOS girly out :(
Also, looked up the recommended doctors near QC/BGC, and I’m looking at - DRA GLADYS BERMIO/DRA FRANCESCA BAUTISTA. Those na naging patient na po nila, can you recommend them and what do they usually prescribe?
If not them, who can you recommend?
