• Worked as a Customer Retention Intern at Anveshan Farm, where I handled customer communication, retention initiatives, problem-solving, and collaborated across teams to improve customer experience.

• Have hands-on experience helping local businesses with growth and operations by building automated CRM systems, marketing strategies, and AI-assisted processes.

• Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL (basic), AI tools, documentation, market research, process improvement, and business analysis.

• I enjoy solving messy business problems, streamlining operations, documenting processes, and figuring out how businesses can work more efficiently.

I'm specifically looking for startups where I can wear multiple hats, learn quickly, and contribute meaningfully rather than being limited to a narrow job description.
