Not sure if any reseller or B1G team member is here, but I wanted to report an issue since my provider isn’t replying.

Since yesterday, many channels that were previously FHD changed to HD only. I also noticed some feeds/sources were changed, especially Sky Sports. The current FHD feeds now have much more delay compared to yesterday morning. Some Backup Channels doesnt work anymore.

I mostly watch games on Hub Sports Singapore for IPL, Liga 1, and tennis, and sadly those channels also went from FHD to HD.

Just wanted to know if this is temporary or if there’s any issue from the B1G side. If any reseller can see this, please help generate a support ticket to the B1G team. Thank you.

I’m looking to buy a TiviMate 1 device subscription, but the official price feels a bit high for me right now. I’ve seen some people mention getting it cheaper, but I’m not sure which sources are legit and safe.
