Buyer opened case
Had a dress listed on my shop, a buyer sent an offer and I accepted. A few hours after she requested it to be cancel because she checked the websites side chart and the size she purchased wouldn’t fit. Problem is she said one brand and my dress was a different brand. I took pictures of the item prior as I just knew she’d open a case on it. Item was delivered today and of course she opened a case. Stating the item was stained, had hairs, and was fraying. The dress is not fraying, it is how it’s made on the inside (has mesh rhinestone overlay) she said the hairs were unacceptable for something marked like new. The item has literally never been worn. She complained about the box the item came in and how there was no plastic in it. She opened the case because I didn’t cancel her order like I knew she would and I’m just worried they’re going to side with her.
