200K Maintenance + Noise on 2009 Honda Fit Sport (4-cyl)

I assume this sound is suspension related but what specifically do you think is the issue? New rear shocks and front strut assembly were replaced a year ago which did not effect this sound much. To be honest, it's been making this pop/rattling noise ever so slightly on bumpy roads ever since I bought it about 6 years ago. Would like to know so when I take it to the mechanic I can tell if he's trying to sell me more than I need.
I've owned this car for the last 100K so that is all the maintenance records I have. Recently replaced coils, spark plugs, rear shocks + front strut assembly, rear brake drums + shoes, rotors, ABS module + master cylinder (don't ask!), and (a clogged) catalytic converter. Have also done a valve adjustment right at 200k. Any other recommended preventative repairs to make this baby last would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
