People are being intentionally obtuse about the whole Moon Girl situation
I've seen so many comments that are essentially "Well why do you want to see a child shot in the face with a shotgun" and its just odd because yes I'm sure there are people that want (aged up) moon girl as a playable character but most people who want her in the game understand the imagery of a child being harmed in a game is not really ideal to say the least. That statement in itself is just being used a weird silencing tactic and trying to make the ppl who want more representation in the game or hell just really love moon girl seem irrational and devoid of empathy. The point overall is that if Moon Girl is not going to be playable (I'm personally ok with that) but then she SHOULD have more of an impact and overall presence in DD's character. She could be in MVP screens, title cards, in the spawn room, have more interactions with the other characters through DD's collar, appear in hologram form etc etc. I understand the "lore" but the lore is what Netease decides it to be. She could have easily been put in a safe location in the lore due to her being a child the choice of putting her in jail is..... well a choice lmao. And I'm sure things will change in 8.5 but such an important character shouldn't be reduced to a gallery card and it's just odd considering the statement where it was said that net ease apparently loves Moon girl but treats her as an afterthought. This is kinda long but it's called a rant for a reason I guess lol
