okay so I honestly don’t know if matty is just taking the mick out of her but those RDLS made me want to scream. also her squat is shite but we knew that anyway. they both need their memberships taken away x

I don’t think he’s officially qualified as she’s going to end up injuring herself more than anything…the squats are diabolical and she will hurt her back by leaning forward…please don’t get me started on the leg press depth 🫪

I’ve been holding my tongue for a long time now, but it’s just ridiculous. You figure out the form, then you add weights when it’s 100%.

just to add I’m a powerlifter and I have a professional bodybuilding husband, so I have reason to rant hahaha
