I started shadowing before I started nursing school, when I didn’t really have a good idea of what program I wanted to go in. I ended up using a couple of random shadowing forms from schools I found online. Obviously, these forms are from years ago, and I can’t track down the people I shadowed to have them sign a new form. Would it look bad to submit a shadowing form to School X if the form itself has School Y’s name on it?

Hi, one of the schools I am applying to is having the initial interview as the HireVue thing, it seems like an thing where random prompts are given to you and you have a certain amount of time to answer and are recorded. I am anticipating things like 'what made you want to be a CRNA?' and stuff like that, but would love any further information?
