Hi guys I bought 2018 mazda cx5 at 82k mileage. I changed all four spark plugs a week ago at about 99k mileage. I heard transmission fluid can also be problematic but another guy said if I change it now, my car may give me problems because it’s already at 99k mileage. What’s the consensus on transmission fluid? Is it necessary to change it throughout the lifetime of a vehicle? Btw, what other necessary maintenance should I do now to ensure this cx5 last up to 400k mileage (minimum)? I love the car.

Hey guys, I’m trying to blast my way into the PE structure exam soon with AEI study guide. I saw that manual like IBC, AISC, AASHTO etc are required in the exam. Do I need to bring a copy to the exam hall myself? I just started studying for the exam…. How do I get a copy of these manuals to help me with the study process? Any useful link to download them? Hi, I know little about McKinsey except that it is a consulting firm. I would like to get into consulting in civil or materials engineering or O&G sector. I have a PhD in Materials Engineering and Commercialization. I am seeking entry level roles. How are the interviews like? Are there any other companies like McKinsey in USA I should look at as well?
