It looks like a bunch of hair just fell, and in the edges it seemed like a healing wound (it had yellowish scabs) but he didn't have any scuffle with the other dogs lately and he's mostly sleeping. I don't know, should I be concerned? Should I apply something?

He is a Male 8yr old - Chow chow. Not neutered. No sickness or symptoms at all. He is active and acts the same. He is 21kls and has been eating well. We live in a tropical country in Asia.
