ADA with GA tickets?
hi everyone, so i was recently diagnosed with a heart condition (managed very well with medication!) but i occasionally have moments where i may feel faint/light headed/lose my breath. i have tickets to 3 EAS shows, and they’re all standing/GA/Pit. I’ve been to several of their tours and know people can request ADA seating/areas so they have somewhere to sit/hold on if needed. i’ve never had to worry about this before, so i don’t know what the process is like and if i need to just try to trade/resell my tickets for seated ones? bc if I ask for ADA at the venues when I get there and they take me to a seat, i paid extra for pit at the time i bought the tickets, and just feel like i wasted extra money for no reason lol.
does anyone have any experience with requesting accessibility accommodations when you have tickets for GA/pit? will they just take me to a seat somewhere else?
TIA!!
this is all new to me and i’m trying to make sure i’m keeping myself as safe as possible.
