Reservation never received by Hotel
My mom booked a hotel for us through booking.com so we could stay the weekend for our reservation. When we got to the hotel however we were then told that the hotel had terminated their contract with booking and that there was no confirmation of the reservation by the hotel. We were told to call booking so they could find us another room but its late at night and we have been hung up on repeatedly. We're currently in the process of trying to find a hotel which is almost impossible since its very late and everything is pretty much booked but I wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else? I don't know if this is bookings fault or the hotels fault. When I asked the person at ghe front desk they said that their contract with booking had been terminated for 2 months so I have no clue how we were allowed to book.
