Anyone else find charcuterie boards gross?

Is it just me who finds the concept of charcuterie boards / grazing tables gross and abominable?

I hate even looking at pictures of them.

The foods all touching and overlapping, and having different rates of decomposition, just sends me over the edge.

I'm not even averse to foods touching on my plate in general. I have my rice and gravies and fried protein and other stuff gently touching in any typical meal.

Can't figure out why this one type bothers me so much though.
