What actually made affiliate marketing click for you?

For people who have tried affiliate marketing:

What was the moment where you finally went:

“Ohhhh… NOW I understand.”

Was it learning content creation? Finding a good product? Getting your first sale? Understanding your audience?

I'm curious 👀

I think beginners focus too much on getting their first sale

Hear me out 😂

Obviously getting the first sale is exciting.

But if you don't understand why someone bought, you're going to struggle repeating it.

I'd rather understand:

•who bought

•what they needed

•what content attracted them

•what convinced them

Then I can actually learn from the result.

Nobody tells beginners this about making money online

You don't necessarily need to know EVERYTHING before you start.

You need to know enough to take the first step, then keep learning.

I wasted so much time thinking I needed to have everything figured out first 😭

Sometimes you learn faster by actually doing the thing.

I thought affiliate marketing was just posting links 😭

When I first heard about affiliate marketing, I genuinely thought you just get a link, post it everywhere and boom 😂

Yeah… no.

There's actually a lot more to it.....finding the right audience, knowing what people need, creating content, talking to prospects etc.

What did you think affiliate marketing was before you actually looked into it?

Beginners mistakes

5 things I'd avoid if I was starting affiliate marketing again

•Trying to promote everything

•Copying somebody else's content word for word

•Making every single post “BUY THIS” 😭

•Expecting results immediately

•Not learning how to actually talk to people

The last one is underrated tbh.
