[launcher] minecraft isnt installed my my microsoft account anymore
After not playing minecraft for over a year, i suddenly had the urge to play minecraft and hop on my old java account. however, when i tried signing in to my microsoft account in order to access the game, i was required to create a new "xbox account" which didnt have minecraft java purchased, and i can no longer access my old minecraft account (same microsoft account btw) for some reason.
I still have the transaction history way back in 2020, with the order receipt still being in my gmail which has the microsoft account
After failing to troubleshoot the issue myself, I contacted Minecraft account help for support.
And they didnt do anything but send me an automated message which basically said "we cant do anything because its a microsoft account issue" even though i have the microsoft account perfectly intact.
I followed their advice and contacted microsoft account support, but the only services they provide is some account recovery which i dont need because as i said before, my microsoft account is still here along with the transaction history, but it says i have to re purchase minecraft.
Is there anything I can do, or any organisation that can help me with my evidence that I have?
