I remember that there was a war with Heaven over whether Lucifer could have more children. This becomes an issue because Lucifer gets pregnant and later the baby, alongside Charlie, gets kidnapped by Heaven. I also remember the baby was a boy with blond deer ears. And the fact I don't remember the name of this fic is driving me crazy.

I remember they do meet when Harry first comes to Diagon Alley, and Draco acts very sweet towards him.
