Quantas has essentially scammed me out of $1500. Any advice in dealing with this?
I’ve been going back and forth with them since March now. Here are the last 2 screenshots of our correspondence. Can anyone help me here???
They haven’t addressed a single thing I said in my last email.
They cancelled my ticket when they should have cancelled my ex partners, forcing me to fork out extra money for a new ticket for myself.
I bought the ticket before trump dropped the bomb for $800 then had to buy a new one due to their mistake at $1500.
I obviously can’t contact my ex to get permission to refund his ticket, even though I paid for it, but the fact is, I am owed at least $800 for the extra cost of the flight that I shouldn’t have had to buy in the first place. And they only seem to talk about the exs (Kaidyn) flight.
No one is listening to me.
It’s a whole massive story that’s lasted months, and it’s been an absolute fuck around, and it’s getting nowhere.
Is anyone with a little more understanding, willing and able to listen and offer advice?
