My concurrent I-485 + I-765 + I-131 package for both me and my spouse was delivered to Elgin, IL lockbox on May 8, 2026 before noon (UPS confirmed delivery).

As of May 19:

• no credit card charge
• no text/email receipt
• no I-797 notice

What concerns me is that I’m already seeing people on Reddit/timeline trackers whose packages were delivered on May 11–14 receiving receipt numbers and notice dates already, including some Elgin filers.

Is anyone else from early May still waiting with absolutely no updates from Elgin?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently going through EB2 NIW filing through a law firm, and I'm trying to understand if my situatuon is normal or if i should be more concerned.

It has been over 2 months since I became eligible to file AOS + EAD + Travel Doc for myself and my spouse. However, my case still has not been submitted to USCIS.

For the past several weeks, I have been told repeatedly that:

binder is being finalized

will be sent to attorney for review

we expect to submit by end of the week

But as of now, I'm still hearing that the case is being revised before sending to the attorney, so it hasn't even reached to legal review yet. I even explained the urgency because of my H1B situation.

Is this kind of delay normal for AOS through a law firm?

How long does this attorney review will take?

If you or anyone you know worked with Hayman woodward, can you tell me how long your AOS filing took?

What shall I do at this point?
